Chase The Moment Photography Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These are the terms and conditions (terms) of Chase The Moment and from here on in will be referred to as (‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) and the consumer will be referred to as (‘you’ or ‘your’). Please be sure to read over and fully understand these terms and conditions as by using our services and purchasing sessions or products from us you are agreeing to our terms.  If you do not agree to these terms, please don’t use our services or make a purchase from us.

Who we are

We are a local photography business based in Dromara, Northern Ireland. Our website is www.chasethemomentni.com

Our products

We are a photography based business.  Our products are therefore predominately related to photography and art. 

Our products may differ slightly in appearance to the images that you see on our website.  All monitor displays differ in terms of colour output and therefore you may notice a slight colour difference from what you see on your screen to what you receive as a print or digital image.  It is worth noting that screens are backlit. If you do have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Our products may be referred to in these terms and on our website as ‘products’, ‘orders’ or ‘goods.’

Copyright

All images on our website, viewing galleries and our social media channels are owned and taken by us, therefore we ask that you do not use any of our images for your own personal use or gain.  Our images must not be used with watermark.  Online galleries sent after a portrait session are for viewing purposes only.  Images must not be used until fully purchased.  If you would like to use any of the images you see on our website, online gallery or social media channels, please get in contact with us to request use.  Requests will be considered thoroughly before permission is either granted or declined. 

Returns and Refunds

As the goods are made to order, returns and refunds will only be accepted if there is a problem with your order when it arrives. If theres is an issue with the goods, please get in contact with us via email (chasethemomentni@gmail.com) or our contact page on our website no later than 3 days from receipt of your order. We will need to know the exact discrepancy along with clear photographic evidence. Pending the conversation and images relating to an issue we may ask you to either, (i) return the item to us for further inspection (cost covered by us) or (ii) we will let you keep the faulty goods and organise a replacement be sent to you.

Making a purchase

To make a purchase you must follow the order procedure correctly.
All information provided at time of purchase must be up to date and accurate. Only when payment has been made will an order be confirmed.

We reserve the right to decline an order or cancel an order without any notice should we feel there is probable cause to do so.

Images can only be used when they are fully purchased from us.

Pricing

We reserve the right to amend the prices of our products. 

We require a £15 deposit before your session to secure booking. This deposit is non refundable should your session not go ahead. The remaining balance is required on the day of your session.

Payment information

When purchasing an order for a portrait session with us, payment can be accepted through PayPal or bank transfer. We will use your payment information only as payment for your products and delivery.

All payment information provided must be correct.

How we will use your data

We have our own privacy policy which you can view on our website.  This policy outlines how exactly we plan to use your data.  Please make sure that you have read and fully understand this policy before making any purchase.

Rules of conduct

By visiting our website you are agreeing to the following rules of conduct:

• To visit our website in a respectful manor and if leaving a comment, it should be left in a way that shows respect to all visitors regardless of their race, gender, age or religion.

• To use our website only for personal use that is within the laws of society.

• To not use our website in any way related to criminal activity.

• Not to use our website in any way damaging to the runnings of it.

• To not transfer any malicious content to our website such as viruses.

• To not advertise any other third party products.

If you do not stick by the rules of conduct for our website we hold the right to suspend your access to our website.

Change in terms

We reserve the right to change the terms of our website from time to time in accordance with various laws and keeping the information that appears within our terms as update and accurate as possible.

Law

These terms and conditions are bound by English law and so any legal disputes and decisions shall be at the authority of the courts of England. If you are resident in Northern Ireland you can raise any disputes with the Northern Irish or English courts. If you are a resident of Scotland, disputes can be raised with the Scottish or English courts. If you live outside of the UK your local laws will apply to you in regards to legal disputes.
