This policy explains the types of personal data Chase The Moment, herein after referred to as (‘us,’ ‘we' or ‘our’) may collect about the consumer, herein after referred to as (‘you’ or ‘your’), when you interact with us.

Why do we need and how long will we keep your personal data?

  • Fulfilment of an order and/or service

  • Contact you if there is any unforeseen issues with a product / service

  • Follow up for feedback in order to better perfect the user experience.

  • If you order or we provide a service for you, your data will be held for 6 years as we are lawfully required to do so for legitimate business purposes.

  • After 6 years, your data will be destroyed.

In some instances we may need to share your personal data with a third party as they are a part of the service/completion of the order process. These details may be as follows:

How do we protect your personal data?

Our website and full checkout process for us is held on a secure server using the SSL system for data transfer. This is easily identifiable by looking for a small padlock symbol in your web browser screen, found next to the website address. If you click on the symbol it will bring up a pop up box showing a few items, one of which is the sites security certificate. If you purchase a product or service only the essential data for legitimate business purposes will be held. It will be backed up on a secure password protected external hard drive.

We may update this privacy policy from time-to-time to comply with current legislations. We will post a new version on our website so you should check this page occasionally to ensure you are accepting of any changes.
